Volt is immediately hiring for a Lead Generator in Simi Valley, CA .
(Temp-to-Hire with Bonus Opportunities Upon Hire) Perks of the Job: - Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

As a
Lead Generator , you will:
- Make high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) to pre-qualified leads
- Engage with potential customers to gather key information and assess interest
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead transitions
- Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes
- Stay organized and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced setting
This is a
full-time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- A positive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn
- No prior experience required – just bring your enthusiasm!
