The Role
We are looking for a highly organized detail-oriented Legal Project Manager to support our legal operations and keep all legal matters running with clarity precision and urgency. You will serve as the operational link between attorneys internal stakeholders and external partners ensuring nothing falls through the role requires someone who excels at managing competing priorities thrives in fast-moving environments and can bring structure and follow-through to complex legal workflows.

What Youll Do
You will manage the day-to-day movement of legal matters across the company including:
Project and Workflow Management

• Coordinate and track legal projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage calendars deadlines and response timelines for all active matters.
• Maintain organized systems for documentation filings and matter management.

Documentation & Filing

• Prepare supporting documents coordinate filings and ensure timely submissions.
• Review organize and maintain legal files case materials and contracts.
• Ensure all documentation is complete accurate and properly archived.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for attorneys.
• Communicate updates priorities and action items clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance Operations Investor Relations Development etc.) to align legal needs with business goals.

Support & Research

• Assist with legal research data gathering and project preparation.

What Were Looking For

Must-haves:

• 5 years of experience in legal operations paralegal roles or legal project management.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures filings timelines and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys in litigation real estate corporate or related areas.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• High discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and move projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Comfort using technology systems and digital tools.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with Texas legal processes.
• Experience with project management tools.
