Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service and support to our clients, helping them with their policies, answering questions, and ensuring they feel valued and confident in their coverage. Best of all, this position can be completely remote.

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims inquiries.
• Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to client needs.

• Support the agency's growth through excellent service and retention.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
