  • Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, internal departments, and outside vendors.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting at least three attorneys, including partner-level.
  • Paralegal certificate or qualifications under California Business and Professions Code Section 6450-6456.
  • Trial preparation and in-court experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal and state court filing procedures, including e-filing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management and time-entry systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to anticipate attorney needs.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with approximately 60 billable hours per month. Hybrid schedule (four days in office, one remote) may be available after 90 days.
