Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: La Grande, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts
Reports To: Clinical Director

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This role involves implementing patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring high-quality care, and supporting patients in achieving their physical therapy goals. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current or eligible for Oregon PTA licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute established treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor and report changes in patient status to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and reimbursement requirements.
