Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. This role involves performing assembly tasks, material handling, quality checks, and ensuring production goals are met. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working with tools, machinery, and heavy components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and material movement functions per production requirements
• Follow daily production schedules and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Receive and follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and Operations Team
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust components to meet product specifications
• Repair units that do not meet quality or performance standards
• Conduct inventory control activities, including cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Operate cranes and use hand tools safely and effectively
• Lift and move parts weighing 35–50 lbs
• Complete any additional duties or training as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of previous experience as an assembler on a production floor
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Trained and competent to work across multiple workstations or areas
• Background in quality and safety procedures
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Mechanical experience, specifically in valve assembly, strongly preferred
• Comfortable with physical demands including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of crane operation
• Familiarity with standard hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
