You'll be responsible for: Patient-Centered Care: Taking detailed medical histories, providing compassionate support, and ensuring patient comfort. Efficient Documentation: Accurately transcribing provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records, allowing providers to focus on patient needs. Minimum two years of medical office experience. Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans. Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
