• Manage patent and trade secrets disputes, including litigation strategy and execution

• Participate in depositions, discovery, and court proceedings

Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of IP litigation experience at a top-tier firm or equivalent
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to obtain promptly
• Background in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or similar field strongly preferred
• USPTO admission a plus
• Outstanding research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and team collaboration abilities
