MIG/TIG & Pipe Welder Opportunities – Tulsa & Catoosa, OK

Pay: $26 – $36/hour (based on experience and position)
Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Tulsa)
• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Catoosa)

Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders and Pipe Welders for reputable manufacturing facilities in Tulsa and Catoosa, Oklahoma . Available Positions

MIG/TIG Welder – 2nd Shift (Tulsa, OK)

Pay: $26 – $36/hour BOE
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on tube-to-plate, plate-to-plate, and pipe-to-plate projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings .
• Weld structural steel components to specifications.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in a production-driven environment.
• Keep workstations organized and follow all safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience .
• Must pass a 6G pipe test (21⁄2" on carbon TOA) .
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Pipe Welder – Day Shift (Catoosa, OK)

Pay: $28 – $35/hour DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Weld Test: Open Root 3G MIG/Flux Core Fill in Cap and 6G TIG Root/Flux Fill in Cap on 2" Schedule 160

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on pipe systems.
• Execute 3G and 6G welds according to specifications.
• Inspect and repair welds while maintaining visual and dimensional standards.
• Set up and operate advanced welding equipment safely.
• Troubleshoot issues to reduce scrap and rework.
• Maintain a clean work environment and comply with PPE and safety rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of pipe welding experience .
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core techniques .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Must pass required 3G and 6G weld tests .
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
