Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Perform risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
Deploy, configure, and maintain security devices (firewalls, antivirus, IDS, VPNs, SIEMs).
Monitor network traffic and respond to security incidents.
Conduct security audits and present findings.
Train employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and make recommendations.
Collaborate with departments and external partners to ensure compliance.
Maintain access and security levels across systems.
Assist in developing disaster recovery and contingency plans.
Install and support Windows servers, VMWare, MS365, MS SQL Server, and network security solutions.
Maintain hardware inventory and documentation.
Respond to and initiate work orders, documenting issues and actions taken.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or CEH.
5 years of cybersecurity experience.
Proficiency with security tools (firewalls, IDS, SIEM, antivirus).
Knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST standards, and PowerShell scripting.
Ability to maintain and configure servers, networks, and related equipment.
Strong independent judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Incident Response and Forensics best practices.
Current California driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
