Job Title:Occupancy Planner/Space Planner/Interior Designer/Occupancy Planning
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Duration: 6+ Months (Opportunity for extension or conversion
Working Model: Hybrid role- Onsite 3x per week
Pay Rate Range: $35-$40/Hr on W2
Duties:
3 5 years in Occupancy Planning, Space Planning
Strong Planning skills
Background in Occupancy Planning
Junior to Mid level candidates can be considered
Strong planning and design background
Strong design background is a plus
Proficient in AutoCAD and PowerPoint to Create the documents
Familiar with Excel, spreadsheets and pulling reports
Able to track headcount data, seating and space
Working with vendors and managing construction costs
Familiar with furniture reuse and space consolidation
Receive space requests from the business and convert into office plans
Use CAD and PowerPoint to create planning documents and presentations
Work with Project Managers and attend weekly meetings
Knowledge of paints, fabrics and finishes is a plus
System they Use: Bluebeam, Eptura System, Tableau, and Space Track
Experience with commercial projects preferred
They manage home Offices: Denver, New York, Memphis, Southfield
Supporting corporate office sites
NCIDQ certification is a plus
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, Adobe, Bluebeam, Autocad, and Revit
