Service Representative- Imaging and File Room

Brookfield, WI

Calculated Hire is hiring a Service Representative to join the file library team with our Fortune 500 client in Brookfield, WI. This position will perform digital file maintenance, verification, and organization, documentation requests, third party research, and other business process functions as defined by the client.

Specific Duties:

• Digital and paper file maintenance, verification and organization.
• Documentation requests from various bank branches.
• Transitioning paper files into imaging library.
• Process account maintenance in accordance with financial institution/customer 's guidelines.
• Verifying and updating checking and savings account information.
• Process new and renewal loans.
• Promote a positive imagine of bank to our outsourcing clients and their customers by displaying a professional appearance and behavior. All customer information will be handled in a confidential manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of work experience in related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Innovative
• Quick learner
