Multi-specialty medical practice is seeking an enthusiastic professional to work part-time in our office doing multiple tasks. We provide competitive salary and convenient Monday through Friday hours. Immediate interviews available!

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering phone calls and assisting callers.
• Verify patient information such as contact information and insurance information.
• Checking patients in and out after an appointment.
• Obtaining any payment due at the time of check in or check out.
• Scheduling follow up appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in a medical environment or office is preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork orientation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA is a necessity for this job.
