We have an established, small and growing company. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our customer service team and help our business with office administration. We are looking for a part time person between the hours of 8 and 5. There is some flexibility in the actual schedule worked. All work must be done at our business worksite. Remote work is not available for this position. A flexible schedule to accommodate family or other obligations is possible.
The primary work involved with this position is handling monthly billing, accounts receivable, collections, and bookkeeping. Additionally, this individual will help handle phones, customer service, dispatch, office coordination, and special projects. Additional opportunities are available depending on the skills and interests of the individual, including some light phone sales, assistance with marketing projects. are possible with this position. On the marketing side, the position will involve helping our application and web development team with overall promotion.
Qualifications To qualify for this position, the individual should have some background, experience, or training in collections and have an exceptionally strong work ethic. Additional experience in the following is helpful:- Customer service

- Receiving payments
