Chief of Staff KC is working with a client in the North Kansas City area looking to hire a reliable Part Time Personal Assistant.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate is a flexible, professional, and highly adaptable individual. This part time role averages about 20 hours per week, but the schedule may fluctuate, and the candidate must be comfortable and available for additional hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run personal and household errands such as shopping, picking up orders, and dropping off packages.
  • Manage scheduling needs, including appointments, reservations, and reminders.
  • Assist with organizing home or office spaces, filing, and general tidying tasks.
  • Coordinate vendor or service provider appointments (e.g., maintenance, deliveries).
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and email follow up.
  • Manage personal to do lists and help prioritize daily tasks.
  • Perform occasional driving or transportation-related tasks as needed.
  • Support special projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • At least two years of experience in a Personal Assistant or similar support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable, with a strong commitment to high quality support.
  • Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
