Document Solutions: Digital Copiers, Printers, Multi-Function Systems, Duplicators, Scanners, Etc.

Mail Solutions: Postage Systems, Folder/Inserters, Addressing Devices, Etc.

• As a Field Service Technician, your duties will include:
  • Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Developing options to solve unusual problems
  • Managing time, resources and territorial considerations
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Client Relationships through Professional and Ethical Efforts
  • Offer Clear Explanations and System Training to Clients
  • Perform Software and Firmware Updates, Along with Other System Maintenance
  • Complete Equipment Training Certifications Related to Your Field
  • Seek Out Opportunities to Fulfill Clients’ Technology Needs, Even Beyond Your Field of Expertise
  • Work with Sales and Administrative Teammates to Serve Our Clients Well
• Essential Requirements
  • Must be Able to Attend Training Classes, Seminars, Webinars, etc., Including Outside Regular Business Hours
  • Must Have *and Maintain* throughout Employment
  • Professional Appearance and Communication Skills
  • Clean Driving Record & Ability to be Included as Authorized Driver on Company Automobile Insurance
  • Clean Criminal Record & Drug Screening - MCC is a Drug Free Workplace
  • Ability to Competently Use a Computer for Completion of Daily Tasks
  • Must be Able to Communicate Fluently in English
  • Must be Able to Lift a Minimum of 55 Pounds
  • Must be Able to Work a Minimum Schedule of 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, as Well as be Willing to Travel, Including Spending Several Nights in a Row Out of Town
  • High School Diploma or the Equivalent
  •  
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude (Acceptable Scores on Standardized Technical Aptitude Test(s) Provided by MCC)
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Previous Experience Preferred, but Not Required (Willingness to Learn is Key)
