Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Project Manager / Scrum Master hybrid to join our team. This role is responsible for driving successful project delivery while fostering an agile culture that empowers teams to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management expertise and agile facilitation skills to support cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and deliver business value for our insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to planning activities, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and working sessions with third-party vendors.
• Lead change management efforts by implementing change tactics and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Ensure agile theory, guidelines, and practices are understood and adhered to by the team.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and align priorities.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes productivity, creativity, and high performance.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics, providing regular updates and adjusting plans as needed.
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across all project participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or agile delivery roles.
• Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and applying agile methodologies in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of change management practices and UAT coordination.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant certifications preferred.
