Description

Lead and oversee EPIC implementation or optimization projects across clinical and business domains.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and stakeholder alignment.
Manage cross-functional teams including analysts, trainers, and technical staff.
Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, and risks.
Provide executive-level reporting and project updates.

Key Responsibilities

Define project plans and coordinate resource allocation.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
Track project progress and manage changes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards.
Guide post-implementation support and transition planning.

Qualifications

5 years of healthcare IT project management experience.
Direct experience managing EPIC projects.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Familiarity with clinical and operational workflows.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field.
