Description

• Lead and oversee EPIC implementation or optimization projects across clinical and business domains.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams including analysts, trainers, and technical staff.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, and risks.
• Provide executive-level reporting and project updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project plans and coordinate resource allocation.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
• Track project progress and manage changes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards.
• Guide post-implementation support and transition planning.

Qualifications

• 5 years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• Direct experience managing EPIC projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical and operational workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field.
