Join Munson Healthcare’s Behavioral Health Team!

Day Shift | Full-time | On-Call

Summary:  Munson Healthcare’s Behavioral Health team is offering a full-time opportunity for BE/BC psychiatrist to join our team. This position is for expanding outpatient psychiatric services for Munson Healthcare. The psychiatry department is expanding, and leadership is eager to help you explore your clinical interests. This department hosts a mix of third and fourth-year medical students, family medicine residents, and psychiatry residents.

Position Duties/Highlights Include:

• Works in collaboration with a Psychiatrist, Substance Use Disorder Medical Director, and Psychiatry Department Chief.
• Schedule is Monday – Friday with approximately 3 nights of home call per month
• Hybrid outpatient services (telehealth plus one day her week at MHC site)
• Full-time

Qualifications

Education/Training:

• MD or DO

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Behavioral Health preferred

Certification, Licensure, Registration:

• Board eligible/certified to practice in the State of Michigan
