The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This role involves following up on leads, evaluating properties, estimating repair costs, and closing deals, all while conducting extensive due diligence on acquisitions. The position is remote, but the consultant will also meet clients in person on a regular basis. Responsibilities Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comparables, and acquire new homes. Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties. Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions, prepare contracts for ratification. Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As‑Is values. Meet with homeowners to present offers. Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during closing. Qualifications 4+ years of sales experience. Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles. Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Proven record of achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales. Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred). Benefits Fully remote work. Nationwide expansion to 44 states and Washington DC. Compensation Range: $140,000–$220,000 per year (inclusive of base salary and bonus/commission).
