Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team! In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for buying and selling homes by following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals. You will also perform thorough due diligence on all acquisitions, ensuring that all transactions are smooth and well-documented.

What You'll Do:

Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales (comps), and acquire new homes.
Negotiate the acquisition and disposition of properties.
Perform comprehensive due diligence for all acquisitions and prepare contracts for final approval.
Estimate repair costs and determine the after-repair value (ARV) and "as-is" value of properties.
Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title agents throughout the closing process.

About You:

You have 4+ years of experience in sales.
You've consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in your previous roles.
You have strong communication skills and are proficient with computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
You have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals through phone-based sales.
You hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred, but not required).
