Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Real Estate Associate to join our team. This is a part-time role with the chance to grow into full-time in the long run.
You will help with property showings, tenant support, and day-to-day real estate tasks. The role also includes running errands, checking tasks, and keeping properties and the office organized.
Responsibilities
- Show properties to potential tenants
- Assist with rental inquiries and provide good customer service
- Run onsite errands and support development needs
- Check and track tasks to make sure they are done on time
- Make sure units are clean and ready for showings by coordinating with the cleaning crew.
- Help keep the office and property records organized
- Work with the property management team on schedules and updates
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Good communication and people skills
- Driving ability is a plus
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling different tasks in a busy environment
