We're Hiring! Remote Recruiting Coordinator (6+ Month W2 Contract)

Are you passionate about supporting dynamic recruiting teams and delivering top-tier candidate experiences? We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join us on a fully remote, 6+ month W2 contract.

This role is the heartbeat of our recruiting operations-providing day-to-day administrative support, managing our ATS, and coordinating interviews and communications with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update our ATS (5%)
• Schedule interviews and pre-screens for recruiters and hiring managers (80%)
• Coordinate team communications, onboarding, and travel (5%)
• Support invoicing and reference checks (5%)
• Perform other related duties as needed (5%)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years relevant administrative, human resource or recruitment process experience
• Excellent communication skills (Executive level)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office and navigating tech systems
