Circa Service FL is seeking an organized, experienced Residential Appliance Technician with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You must be efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service to our customers.

Qualifications and Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, and dryers

• Install and test new appliances

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and parts/inventory teams

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle (inside and out)

• Keep truck inventory accurate and up to date

• Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive customer interactions

• Participate in on-call rotation (no overnight on-call required)

• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Attend ongoing training to improve technical skills and knowledge

• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications (we’ll help you with this, if needed)

Experience:

• 3+ years of appliance repair experience preferred

• Previous hands-on training or technical school is a plus

• Valid state driver’s license required

• Must be punctual and able to follow a daily schedule with multiple service calls

• Strong communication skills — able to explain issues and solutions clearly to customers

The Big Task:

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential appliances, helping customers make informed decisions while delivering top-tier service.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, no overnight on-call

Pay: commission based with salary potential of $55,000 - $80,000+
