We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ROW Agent to join our Fiber Design & Implementation team. In this role, you will prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure projects remain on schedule. You will play a critical part in supporting broadband and telecommunications initiatives that expand connectivity and promote digital inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit applications to municipalities, DOTs, BLM, DNR, State Land, and National Forest agencies.
• Track all pending permits across multiple projects and manage timelines.
• Support engineering teams by processing plan revisions and coordinating construction schedules.
• Follow up on active projects to expedite permit approvals and meet deadlines.
• Maintain professional relationships with permitting agencies and third-party consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom construction permitting (State, Highway Department & Municipal).
• Proficiency in telecom permitting practices and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Google Earth, and PDF applications is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
