Are you an experienced RN with pediatric and adult care expertise? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing quality remote care? We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing telephone triage team.
This position offers weekend work with weekday flexibility and a competitive Baylor plan. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in emergency department (ED), call center, or triage settings within a provider office. Strong multitasking skills, excellent computer proficiency, and the ability to think quickly are essential.
Responsibilities include providing triage services, managing a variety of cases, and supporting patients over the phone to ensure they receive appropriate care promptly. We value candidates committed to exceptional service, who enjoy challenges, and work well in team environments.
