Job Description
We are hiring a Roofing Superintendent to lead our field crews and ensure commercial roofing projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec. You’ll supervise foremen, coordinate labor and materials, manage subcontractors, and ensure top-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews and enforce safety procedures
Monitor project progress and quality
Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries
Serve as the point of contact between field and office
Communicate with clients and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
Experience supervising commercial roofing projects
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of OSHA and job site safety standards
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
