Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AS400 RPG programming, including RPG Free.
Proficiency in working with DB2 databases and optimizing database performance.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web technology integrations.
Strong understanding of IBM RPG/400 and RPGLE programming.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor less experienced developers.
Familiarity with software development best practices and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
