Job Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Fully Onsite )

Exp Req : 11+

Business Analyst with Salesforce (functional) expertise – someone who has worked as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects, understands Service/Experience Cloud, and can collaborate with devs/admins to implement solutions.

Client need Strong Business Analyst (BA) background → requirement gathering, stakeholder management, documentation, ROI analysis, regulatory compliance along with Salesforce hands-on (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud) → should be able to understand configurations, workflows, and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for key applications
Work with the development team to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements
Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute test plans. Identify and report defects and issues
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes
Should be able to work with tools like JIRA, ALM, Sharepoint, Confluence, ServiceNow ..etc on operations, application releases and projects
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as GxP, FDA regulations, GDPR ..etc as applicable. Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Experience on salesforce application projects
