Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience in either complex civil or commercial matters
• Active Texas Bar License required
• No book of business required for consideration

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including: Full file responsibility, Motion practice, Significant hearing and deposition experience
• Outstanding advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
• A meticulous, detail-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
