Machine Learning Engineer – Generative AI

Location: Pittsburgh, USA (Hybrid) - 1/2 days a week on site

Are you passionate about AI and building next-generation generative models? We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer – Generative AI to join our team and take things to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement generative AI models
• Optimize and fine-tune large-scale deep learning models for performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Develop scalable, high-performance AI pipelines and APIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and machine learning.
• Work with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure) for model training, deployment, and scaling.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on deep learning and generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Experience with LLMs and generative models.
• Expertise in data processing and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
