Overview Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Cruise Industry Location: South Florida (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the cruise industry to join our team. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cruise-related product initiatives, ensuring seamless customer booking flows and product performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, and operations—to deliver innovative solutions that improve the customer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the cruise product strategy , roadmap, and requirements. Drive improvements to the end-to-end booking flow to ensure a seamless customer experience. Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Analyze data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Ensure product initiatives align with broader business goals and customer needs. Stay current with cruise industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices . Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or related role) in the cruise or travel industry . Strong understanding of cruise booking workflows and related technologies. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience with e-commerce or travel technology platforms. Background in customer experience optimization. Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
