Key Job Responsibilities Advocate for students and collaborate with student support team: special education case manager, culture team, teachers, and student advisor. Serve student needs as indicated by IEPs, 504 plans and referrals. Use data to identify and address the highest‑need areas for support at your school. Run one‑on‑one and small‑group interventions as needed. Research and refer students to community resources. Contribute to the staff learning on supporting students’ social emotional wellness. Self‑awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve. Mastery of and enthusiasm for your academic subject. Proven commitment to serving students of color and contributing to anti‑racism in practice and disposition. Able to elaborate and dialogue walking through situations with students along differences. Familiar with de‑escalating conflicts. Strong communication skills, able to successfully communicate and collaborate with lots of different stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Master’s in Social Work (MSW) Degree. Professional Educators License (PEL) with Social Work endorsement. Eligibility to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Compensations range is $60,000-$84,000.
