Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests Create enterprise-wide architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability. Provide solutioning for RFPs and ensure design assurance. Manage portfolio of solutions aligning with business outcomes. Analyze technology environment and client requirements to design solutions. Provide technical leadership in solution development and implementation. Define current and target state solutions, documenting and articulating recommendations. Evaluate solutions for integration and performance. Coordinate with IT groups for transition and issue resolution. Document architectural designs in detail. Validate solutions from technology, cost, and customer perspective. Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions. Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate into planning. 2. Enable Delivery Teams Build relationships with stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor. Develop metrics to drive results. Manage multiple projects, report status, and ensure quality. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure architecture principles are followed. Support pre-sales with solution presentations and client negotiations. 3. Competency Building and Branding Complete trainings and certifications. Create POCs, case studies, and white papers. Build market reputation through recognitions and testimonials. Speak at forums and mentor junior staff. 4. Team Management Anticipate talent needs and hire resources. Onboard, train, and develop team members. Manage performance, engagement, and diversity. Mandatory Skills: Solution Architecture Experience: 8-10 Years Compensation: Annual pay ranges from $80,000 to $158,000, including benefits.
