We are seeking a  highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience to contribute to the development of our  cutting-edge healthcare SaaS platform . The ideal candidate will have  strong backend expertise in C# and .NET , experience in  Azure cloud services , and proficiency in  both SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB & SQL Server)to optimize healthcare data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using  C#, .NET Core ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Implement, and manage cloud-based solutions leveraging different  Azure services .
• Design efficient database structures utilizing  SQL Server for structured data and  MongoDB for NoSQL needs , ensuring seamless data processing.
• Implement and manage scalable APIs (RESTful) to integrate with healthcare providers and third-party services.
• Contribute to front-end development , collaborating with  Angular teams to build intuitive user interfaces..
• Ensure the implementations are in compliance with HIPAA , NIIST and other healthcare & cyber security best practices.
• Follow established DevOps/Development/PM process to deliver high quality product .
• Conduct trouble shoot and performance tuning jobs to deliver a smooth operational experience to end users. .
• Contribute and Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure long-term platform scalability.

Requirements

✅ 4-6 years of experience in full-stack development
✅  Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+for backend development
✅  Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services is a plus

✅  Expertise in SQL Server & MongoDB , ensuring efficient database querying and performance tuning
✅  Experience with API development (REST)
✅  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps is a plus
✅  Knowledge of healthcare data security and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, or similar) is a plus
✅  Ability to work with front-end frameworks like  React Angular, or Vue.js

✅  Ability to work with PM tools like Jira/Asana

✅  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in an agile development environment

Preferred Skills

⭐ Knowledge of  FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data exchange protocols
⭐ Hands-on experience with  Azure AI or ML services for predictive analytics
⭐ Knowledge of  User Experience design
