We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards while providing strong leadership and coordination across all project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage project scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation to meet client and company objectives.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among field teams, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on proactive planning and execution.
• Proficiency in scheduling and project management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing project environment.
