Job Title: Remote Support Center Agent
Hourly Pay: $18 - $22/hour

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with products or services

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Stay informed about product updates, FAQs, and support procedures
