Job Title: Tile Setter
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and versatile tile installer responsible for installing tiles on various surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, and countertops.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is both manufacturing and construction. The culture is humble, hungry, and smart, fostering collaboration and fun. Employees are expected to maintain good attitudes and attendance with minimal cussing, as the production process serves as a showroom for customers. The company has 80-120 employees depending on projects but operates with small teams within each build process, including framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, finish, and cabinet building.
Work hours are from 7am to 5:30pm, requiring a 10-hour workday Monday through Thursday. Employees must arrive by 6:50am for a daily crew meeting at 6:55am, with an option for worship at 6:40am. The dress code requires closed-toe work shoes or boots, shirts with sleeves, shorts or pants longer than the tool belt, and prohibits sweatpants, leggings, or athletic wear.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
