Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a talented UI/UX designer and developer. Our ideal hire will excel at creating a rich user experience for both consumer facing and internal applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working in Figma (or comparable web design prototyping tool)
• Working in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Working in Visual Studio or other compatible coding tool
• Collaborating with fellow designers, developers, and strategic planners to output amazing work in an agile environment
• Ensuring visuals and concepts meet current web standards
• Staying ahead of design trends to keep the project at the forefront of the design world
• Confidently creating new visual directions, ensuring that theyre carried out consistently within both the design and development processes

Must have Requirements

• Experience building modern web applications with HTML, Javascript/jQuery, and CSS
• Familiarity with a front end Javascript framework or library, such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong portfolio in both UI and UX, showcasing recent web, app, and mobile designs. Interface and system designs are also highly welcomed and will be considered above other portfolios.
• Demonstrated expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with a prototyping tool, such as InVision, Axure, or Figma
• Strong collaboration skills within a small team environment spanning teams that work on both the front and back end of the project.
