Position:

Ultimate Kronos Group Functional Tester

Description:

Overview:
We are actively seeking onsite functional testers with strong experience in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions to support the Workforce Schedule to Pay (WSTP) program. Candidates should have a solid understanding of UKG processes and reporting, and previous hands-on experience with functional testing across UKG modules.

Open Positions:
• Scheduling Module: 2 positions
• Time and Attendance Module: 2 positions
• EZCall Module: 1 position

Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end functional testing for UKG modules including Scheduling, Time and Attendance, and EZCall.
• Validate UKG processes and reports related to Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, and EZCall.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure functional accuracy and performance of implemented UKG solutions.
• Document test cases, execute test scripts, and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and defect triage sessions.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven functional experience with UKG products/modules – specifically Scheduling, Time and Attendance, and EZCall.
• In-depth knowledge of UKG processes and reports related to Workforce Management (Staffing, Absence, Leave, etc.)
• Strong understanding of functional testing practices within UKG environments.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Test Assure or other test automation tools.
• Prior exposure to complex enterprise workforce scheduling programs.

Other Requirements:
• Must be available for onsite work in Pleasanton, CA from day 1.
