Facilitate workshops and design sprints, surfacing relevant findings and influencing strategy. Drive strategic change initiatives, advocate for user-centric approaches, and establish best practices within the Experience Design community. Model a growth mindset by seeking feedback, experimenting, expanding skills, and mentoring other researchers.
