Machine Operator

Currently seeking a Machine Operator for a great opportunity with one of Central Oregon's fastest growing manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of working experience in fast paced production environment.

Compensation and Benefits for the Machine Operator:

• M-F, 40 hour work weeks with overtime opportunity

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Set up, operate, and monitor the Premier Tech EM600R baler to ensure continuous and efficient production.
• Identify and resolve issues that may occur during the shift. This can include performing minor adjustments and maintenance. You will need to report more complex issues to a supervisor or maintenance technician.
• Conduct periodic checks on the output to spot any machine-related issues. Ensure the packaged products meet quality standards for weight and consistency.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate protective gear. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep accurate records of production, maintenance activities, and any issues that arise.

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

• Recent and relevant work experience
• High Attention to detail for accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• 2 Professional References
• Requires repetitive motion through out the day
• Standing for long periods of time
• Basic Math Skills
