We take pride in producing durable, precise work for our clients, and we’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. Position Overview The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for reading blueprints, fabricating metal components, welding various metals, and ensuring projects meet company standards. This is a full-time position with steady weekday hours. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) Cut, shape, and assemble metal components Measure and inspect finished work for accuracy and quality Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus 1–2 years welding/fabrication experience preferred (will consider entry-level with strong skills) Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding; TIG proficiency preferred, not required Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and good work ethic Must be team-oriented and work with a good attitude; learning mindset Benefits Competitive hourly pay Steady schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Opportunities for overtime as needed Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume or work history to SpenCoMetalWorks@gmail.com or apply in person at SpenCo Metal Works, LLC, Enid, OK #J-18808-Ljbffr Enidchamber
