Job Description
Looking for a person with wine, spirits or beer industry knowledge, passion or background to assist customers shopping at retail wine and spirits store. Product/industry knowledge to answer customer questions about store's products. Assists guests with wine, spirits or beer selection as needed; makes recommendations based on guests’ preferences and tastes . Educates customers on wine and food pairings; coordinates periodic wine tastings for customers/clients. Meet with vendors and help consult owner with product selection. Regularly taste, sample and research products to add/improve store selection. Greet, aide and assist customers to ensure the best shopping experience possible. Operate cash register and accept payments for merchandise or service when needed.
