Our agency will train and onboard you whether you are licensed, or willing to become newly licensed, and lead you to launch an agency of your own while preparing you to become profitable quickly. Responsibilities

• Contact clients that have submitted a request for more information.
• Product presentations and assisting clients with application submissions.
• Keep a coachable mentality to continue personal and professional growth.
• Stick to an organized, trackable schedule.
• Be a positive team player willing to accept help from others and lend a hand when others are in need.
• Attend our daily morning huddles.

Requirements

• State Life and Health Insurance License; we will provide access to training for state licensing .
• Laptop and reliable internet service.
• A cell phone and service plan.
• A quiet, dedicated office space to work at home without distractions.

Pay

• $90,000 - $160,000 - Commission Only
