Job Description
Job Title: Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
· Accounts Receivable
o Check deposits
o Invoicing
o Adding appropriate shipping charges to customer work orders
o Investigate aging open orders
o Process credit card payments
· Accounts Payable
o Process vendor invoices
o Process check payments
o Compile and process monthly, quarterly, and annual report and payment for Washington, Hawaii, California, Nevada, and Idaho sales tax
· Collections
o Aging reports
o Providing invoice copies to customers
o Phone calls to customers 90+ days out
· General Ledger
o Weekly backups, journals, and posting reports
o End of year journal entries
· Misc.
o Answering customer service questions for customers regarding accounting matters
o Scanning of all vendor and customer invoices and documents
o Providing Insurance Certificates to customers upon request

As small offices dictate, this position will offer support in various areas, as the daily situation requires. However, priority is given to bookkeeping.
Pay: $20-$21
Hours: 8:30-5:00pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Requirements:
Above average telephone and computer skills. Good command of English and grammar.
Computer skills in Windows, word processing & spreadsheets. Will train on in-house order system, DacEasy.
