Now Hiring: Dental Treatment Coordinator

$23-28/hour (based on experience) | Full-Time. 32-36 hours a week.

What You’ll Do & Who You Are:

• Present treatment plans with confidence and close with care (you make big cases feel easy and comfortable for patients).
• Verify insurance benefits, submit clean claims, and maximize coverage like a pro.
• Read patient accounts accurately and catch discrepancies before they become problems.
• Collect co-pays, discuss financial arrangements, and keep the schedule flowing.
• Handle check-in/check-out, answer phones with warmth and professionalism, and keep everything organized.
• Multitask like a champion in a busy, upbeat front-office environment.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of dental front-office experience (Treatment Coordinator or insurance/financial coordinator experience strongly preferred).
• Deep knowledge of dental insurance, PPOs, Medicaid, breakdowns, and coordination of benefits.
• Proficiency (or quick learner) in Open Dental software.
• Rock-solid attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Natural ability to build trust with patients and teammates alike.
