Job Description
As an HR/Payroll/Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing core human resources functions, processing payroll, and overseeing client billing. You’ll ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain positive employee relations, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
· Process weekly/biweekly payroll for all employees, including time input and commission calculations
· Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
· Prepare and send invoices to clients
· Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
· Reconcile billing records with accounting software
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or Business (preferred)
· 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or billing roles
· Proficiency in payroll and accounting software
· Strong understanding of employment laws and payroll regulations
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
