It is the mission of the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) to continually enhance the professionalism of California law enforcement in serving its communities.POST is recruiting for the position of LEC II in the Training Delivery and Compliance Bureau (TDC). TDC is responsible for the development of training curricula for California Peace Officers.

This position is located at POST headquarters in West Sacramento, CA. The office is located in a two-story building with a business park setting.
Regular and consistent attendance is critical to the successful performance of this position. This position is Hybrid and may be eligible for telework, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.NOTE: Fingerprint (Live Scan) and Background Investigation will be required. A COMPLETE STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH YOUR STATE APPLICATION. IF THE SOQ IS NOT SUBMITTED THE APPLICANT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW.
