What You’ll Receive: • Thousands of fresh, qualified leads daily • Dedicated in-house processing team • Custom-built CRM to manage and track your pipeline • Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k) • Referral program • Upside commissions with monthly and quarterly bonus incentives Office Amenities: • On-site, Free 24/7 Access Gym • Starbucks • Full Café • Local Restaurants Responsibilities: • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
